In Store Sampling

We provide enthusiastic and knowledgeable representation for your products, handling everything from booking in-store samplings directly with retailers, to ensuring sufficient stock is available for each session. We will support your brand with social media event posts, educate retail staff on the products and how best to sell them. Deliver customer feedback after each session.

Virtual Brand Representation

Our virtual brand representation offers a cost effective and flexible way to keep your brand active and supported in store. This service includes regular engagement with your stockists, taking and processing orders, introducing new products and providing ongoing product education to retail teams. Seasonal, pre-orders or promotion calls to stockists to help bring orders in at the  busiest times of the year in a timely manner. Weekly, fortnightly, monthly or even seasonally,  It’s a great way to maintain strong relationships with your retailers, keep your range at the top of their mind and ensure your products are well understood and confidently sold.

Commission Based Sales

At My Green Collective, our commission based sales service is designed to make growing your brand easier, especially for producers who don’t have the time to personally drive sales. We handle everything from cold and warm outreach via phone and email. After the first order is placed, we provide a smooth handover for you to manage the ongoing relationship, unless you are utilising our Virtual Brand Representation service and we can manage it for you.

 

This approach ensures your products are actively promoted and placed in the right stores, while giving you more time to focus on creating and refining what you do best.This service is designed to 'support' your sales efforts without pressure or reliance, we’re here to assist. But if you require a full time focus on sales, and you need to rely on these sales for your immediate growth, a more committed sales team may be a better fit.

Find a Distributor

We will find you the most suitable distributor to help you move your products into retail. Sometimes finding the right distributor for your brand can be extremely hard especially when you are not aware of the distributors that specialise in your style of products. The time that can be wasted if you don't find the right distributor, can be devastating to your brand.

It is important to have a clear understanding of your needs from a distributor as much as it's vital to understand what they can and can't provide. 

Three monthly product feedback, monthly new stockist update, recommendations foreign-store tastings based on sales, these might be some requirements that you need from a distributor. 

Stockists & Distributor Product Training

A solid understanding of your product, combined with the confidence to speak about it, is essential when recommending it to customers, whether in a retail setting or through wholesale channels. Hosting a one hour, engaging and hands on training and tasting session for the people who will be selling your products has proven to be incredibly valuable. These sessions not only build product knowledge but also strengthen brand connection and enthusiasm amongst the retail or wholesale team.

We design and create clean, easy to navigate product specification sheets that present your range with clarity and style. Each sheet features well composed images that capture the essence of your brand and product. Accompanying these visuals is a detailed Excel sheet containing all essential product specifications, including pricing, barcodes and weight etc everything your wholesale partners need to understand and promote your products effectively.
